Midday Music, Thursday 3/12/09
Please join GPB tonight in Columbus, 7:30 at RiverCenter for the Performing Arts, for what promises to be a fabulous concert by the Estonian National Symphony Orchestra on their first U.S. tour together with music director Nikolai Alexeev and magnetic young Van Cliburn silver medalist Joyce Yang. The program includes music of Arvo Pärt, Sergei Rachmaninoff and Jean Sibelius. It's copresented by GPB and I'll be there; hope you will be too.
